Mr. Devendra Ghule
Mr. Devendra Ghule Founder & CEO A Metallurgy Engineer from C.O.E.P., Pune, and an M.B.A. from I.M.D.R., Pune, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 1990 after a seven-year stint at TELCO (now Tata Motors). Inspired by the confidence gained through his MBA, the low capital requirements and perceived low-risk nature of the travel business, and his lifelong love for exploring new destinations; nurtured by his father’s frequent transfers in the Indian Air Force, he ventured into the travel industry. His commitment to the industry was further reflected in his association with the IATA Agents Association of India since 2002, where he founded and served as President of its Pune Chapter, subsequently served on the Maharashtra State Committee, and has been part of the National Management Committee since 2018. He currently serves as the Association’s National Treasurer.
Mr. Devendra Ghule founded the company in 1990 as a proprietary concern, operating from his residence in Kothrud, Pune. With a vision for growth and a commitment to delivering exceptional travel services, the business steadily expanded over the years. In 1994, the company shifted its operations to Hotel Span Executive, Shivajinagar, beginning with a rented table space. As the business continued to grow, it moved to a rented cabin at Devi Heights, Shaniwar Peth in 1998, followed by a rented office in Narayan Peth in 1999. A significant milestone was achieved in 2000 with the purchase of his own office in Narayan Peth, reflecting the company's continued success and stability. In 2004, the company acquired a spacious 2,100 sq. ft. office in Erandwane, Pune, which has proudly served as its permanent office and headquarters ever since.
Sudin became an IATA-accredited travel agency. Sudin was the first in Pune to introduce the Toyota Qualis for car rentals.
Sudin became a Private Limited Company in 2004.
Received RBI forex license to operate as a Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC).
Received IRCTC License for Railway ticketing.
Successfully completed the sacred "Kailesh Mansarovar" yatra with a group of 24 passengers.
Forayed into education sector with the opening of sister concern Aerovision Aviation and Hospitality Pvt Ltd.
